1. Introduction

ZEXPIRE is a gamified DeFi protocol that offers access to a volatility-based prediction market using the ZX utility token. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including participants in the ZX token sale.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where such participation is restricted, including (but not limited to): United States, North Korea, Iran, or other OFAC-sanctioned regions

Use of the platform in violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To participate in the token sale, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify ZEXPIRE of any unauthorized activity

Multiple accounts per user are not allowed. ZEXPIRE reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspicious or abusive behavior.

4. Token Sale Participation

  • Token Purchase: ZX tokens can be acquired using approved cryptocurrencies (e.g., ETH, USDT). All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Utility Only: ZX is a utility token for use exclusively within the ZEXPIRE ecosystem. It carries no ownership rights, dividends, or equity.

  • No Refunds: By participating, you agree that all transactions are irreversible unless required by law.

5. Risks

By participating in the ZX token sale or using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Market Volatility: Token prices may fluctuate significantly

  • Technology Risk: Smart contract bugs, loss of private keys, or platform downtime

  • Regulatory Uncertainty: Changes in laws may impact your ability to use or trade ZX tokens

You are solely responsible for managing these risks.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or prohibited trades

  • Interfere with the performance, security, or availability of the platform

  • Access or use the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZEXPIRE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Platform use

  • Token acquisition or usage

  • System failures or smart contract bugs

All services are provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for any suspected breach of these Terms

  • Retain relevant data and enforce legal provisions post-termination

Termination does not affect clauses related to liability, disclaimers, or ownership.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Seychelles.
